This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed when you use the TalyonSoft CRM web application and related request/visit management modules (the “Service”). The Service is provided under the TalyonSoft brand by an independent software developer Evren as a sole proprietor/freelancer.

- Account / Login Data: Username, password, name-surname, and corporate contact details.
- Usage Data: Login timestamps, IP address, browser information, module usage, and basic activity logs.
- Content Data: Business data you create in the system, such as requests, orders, visit records, and customer profiles.
- Billing / Payment Data: Subscription plan, billing name, country, and tax information. Sensitive card data is processed by Paddle and is not stored by TalyonSoft.
