All deliverables are provided digitally and instantly.
3. Membership Access
Upon successful payment:
- You receive immediate access to all modules available at that moment.
- Access is granted for the full membership period indicated at purchase.
Access credentials must not be shared, sublicensed, or distributed outside your organization unless explicitly permitted.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, structures, frameworks, flows, insights, templates, and libraries within the Talyon Ecosystem are:
- Proprietary to Talyon,
- Protected under international copyright and IP regulations,
- Licensed only for internal professional use by the purchasing company.
Users may not:
- Copy, resell, distribute, or republish content,
- Incorporate content into third-party commercial services,
- Use Talyon assets for competing product development.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the instant delivery of proprietary digital intellectual property, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Users acknowledge that once access is granted, the digital assets cannot be returned.

7. Limitations of Liability
Talyon Ecosystem provides informational and strategic content designed to support decision-making. Talyon does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice and is not liable for:
- Business decisions made based on platform content,
- Implementations, outcomes, or interpretations by users,
- Third-party system failures or access interruptions.
8. Platform Availability
Talyon strives to maintain continuous uptime. However, occasional maintenance or technical interruptions may occur. Access interruptions do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.
9. Termination of Access
Talyon reserves the right to terminate access if users:
- Breach confidentiality,
- Share content unlawfully,
- Misuse the platform in a way that harms Talyon’s IP or business integrity.
No refunds apply in the event of termination due to user misconduct.
10. Modifications
Talyon may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by general international digital commerce principles and applicable laws relevant to digital IP transactions.
